This is a print of an original Watercolor Painting featuring the historic River Oaks Theater in Houston, Texas. Built in 1939 - the River Oaks is one of the few surviving historic theaters left in Houston. Prints measure approx. 5" x 7" on 100 lb. card stock paper. They are proportioned slightly off of 5" x 7" due to their 8" x 10" original size (actual measurements are 5 1/4" x 6 3/4") - but they fit nicely in to a 5" x 7" mat for framing.
