Letters are cut by hand from felt sheets that I stiffened using white school glue & water, & strung together on red & white baker's twine. The stiffened felt looks sharp & colorful, & is a safe & effective way for the banners & garlands to hold their shape & stay upright - no flimsy, floppy, or droopy letters & shapes once they are hung! Banner measures approx. 4 feet long with plenty of extra twine on each end for hanging. Letters are approx. 3 inches tall.
