A personalised hand drawn sketch of your home, based on your photograph & hand-drawn by artists working in Devon. Hand drawn & digitally printed to order. We are unable to include any people within this type of sketch, we can add pets but we don't recommend it as the style is loose lined therefore will have no detail within them. We provide a 'proof' for every order, this is included in the price. We can draw a variety of buildings including houses, flats, bungalows, shops, schools, university & wedding venues. Timing: Each illustration is hand drawn by our in house artists so please allow up to 5 working days for the completion of you personalised illustration. Dimensions: Small- Mount size 25.5x25.5cm (10x10"), image size approx 15x15cm (6x6") Large- Mount size 25.5x30.5cm (10x12"), image size approx 18x23cm (7x9") Extra Large- Mount size 38.8x38.8cm (approx 15x15"), image size approx 28x28cm (11x11") How do I send my photo? Once you have placed the order, please send us a message with your name in the subject box & attach the reference image. What do you draw? We sketch from the perspective in the photograph & won't include cars, satellite dishes, dustbins etc - let us know anything specific in your enquiry. We will draw portrait or landscape according to the shape of the building. If wish to include the car within the image we need to know otherwise we will exclude. We digitally print the illustration with dark grey lines on a light stone background. Please let us know if this is something you would like, if you would prefer a white background you just need to let us know. Can I check what you've drawn? Yes, we'll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we send out the order. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing.
