Hand-crafted in Continental Europe, likely Spain, in the 18th century, possibly very early 19th century, having a large rectangular case displaying wedged through tenon construction, large iron clavos, & rare form of two upper cupboard doors on iron strap hinges, above a central single cupboard door, framed by geometric carving, hand hewn paneled sides, outstanding presence & patina, full of antique character, historical depth & old world European charm. This antique kitchen cabinet, circa 1740-1800, presents wonderfully, showcasing Medieval Renaissance influence, a mix of rustic farmhouse & primitve country elements with interesting details & textures, along with a worn, distressed warmth, making it the ideal understated statement piece.
