We finish with an exterior deck stain that is a water-borne formula to prevent mold spores from being trapped, growing then deteriorating your wood. Deck stain will provide a very durable & long life even when stored without cover. The manufacturer guarantees a 6 or 10-year life (semi vs. solid) before reapplication is needed. Stain is water-based & very easy to apply if & when touch ups are needed. Teak & Mahogany wood is available for about 75% - 80% more. Other designs & custom options are available.
