Description
This ornamental block print is printed by hand using one hand-carved stamp & five different colors (from the orange, red, pink color range). This print is made from approximately 50 individual impressions of the stamp, all carefully positioned & printed one after the other by hand. DETAILS: Dimensions: Cardboard size = 15x21 cm approx. (DIN A5, 5.9x8.3 inch approx.); printed area = cardboard size (printed right to the edge) Paper: white 1090 gsm mount board, 1.5 mm thick (acid free, without optical brightness additives, optimum age resistance) Ink: vibrant fade resistant pigment inks. All prints are signed on the back. This print was made as part of the #printinktober challenge. While it theoretically is part of an open edition it will be the only one with a #printinktober signature at the back. Sold unframed. This listing is for one block print. Stamp & carving tool not included. The color may differ slightly from the original color due to different monitor settings. For shipping, the print will be carefully packaged with sturdy cardboard backing & a strong cardboard envelope in order to prevent it from damage during the shipping process. Please note that I minimize the use of plastic in my packaging as much as possible.
