When placing your order please include a note with your child's hair color, skin tone & favorite color (colors) so I can make the doll more personal. Made with cotton fabrics, felt & polyester fiberfill she measures approximately 11 inches. Spot cleaning recommended when necessary. Pet & smoke free home. If you are not happy with your order please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. I will be happy to work out a solution whether refund or replacement. There will be no refund on shipping fees.
