Pumpkin first birthday high chair banner. The flag is made out of white burlap. The rag tied garland is a combination of colored cotton fabric & grosgrain ribbons. Each piece is hand-tied onto the twine. The word one & the pumpkin are made out of heat vinyl transfer. There are 13 straps on each side of the pennant. Please note that edges of the fabric are not finished & may be slightly fraying. The flag measures 20 x 25 cm (7,87" x 9,84"). The shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days within Europe, 10-20 days to USA, Canada. The other parts of the world it's about 3-4 weeks.
