Send us an email at info@vitroatelier.com within 14 days of delivery receipt & you will receive a return form. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging & the box it came in. VITRO ATELIER boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect on your statement. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete. NOTE: The customer is responsible for the delivery charges of the returned items.
