After much of my own real life stress & many a meltdown, I learned we need to make achievable lists to feel accomplished each & ever day. I strongly believe staying organized & writing lists is a key component to success, mental health & sanity (for real, though). At the end of each night I feel it's important to rid your mind of the endless "to do's" in order to get a good night's sleep (the natural way). The same goes for the morning. Laying out a clear path at the start of your day is key for productivity. These were the thoughts behind my "Today's things" notepad design. I hope it brings you some mental peace as it does for me!
