Contains: Wheat, soy & milk Baking Instructions: Ingredients: 1 package of Lavender Cake Mix 2/3 cup Water 1 Egg 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Directions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare the Batter: in a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup of water, 1 egg, & 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix these ingredients together until well combined. Incorporate the Cake Mix: Gradually add the entire package of Lavender Cake Mix into the wet ingredients. Blend everything together for 1-2 minutes until the batter is smooth & well incorporated. Choose Your Baking Option: For a Cake: Grease a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) cake pan. Pour the prepared batter into the oiled cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. For Cupcakes: Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter, which is approximately 2 tablespoons worth of batter per cupcake. Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for 23-25 minutes or until they are lightly golden on top & a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
