A personalized & engraved ornament can complete the perfect gift for any memorable occasion. - Each ornament comes engraved with the exact design shown on the listing photos & personalized with the nurse's name & credentials & the year; if you do not include the year in the personalization box provided prior to checkout, it will NOT be included on your ornament! - Ornament Size: 3.5 inch circle - Ornament Color: Each ornament has a white wash for a base & is finished with a maple glaze over top Please note: We strive to mirror each finish to the listing picture, however, each cut of wood is different leaving no two ornaments exactly the same. - Ribbon color: candy cane ribbon or twine Please write in the note to seller box ExACTLY how you wish the last name to appear on your ornament. We will directly copy & paste the last name off of your order form for accuracy. in order for our process to move quickly, we do not provide templates for any of our ornaments. HOW TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORNAMENT: 1. Choose your ribbon from the drop down 2. in the personalization box provided prior to checkout, please include the correct spelling of all text exactly as you would like it to appear on your ornament. Our computer program automatically generates the template to be engraved from the information provided by you in this box so please double check your information & spelling! 3. Please double check your shipping address prior to checking out! We charge an additional fee if this needs to be changed after orders have been placed, so please ensure this information is entered correctly! 4. Check out! GIFT MESSAGES If your order is a gift & you would like a gift message included, you need to select the Gift Message option & type this in the appropriate place prior to checkout, NOT in the Note to Seller box. Etsy is unable to generate a gift message if you type this information in the Note to Seller box or message us after your order is placed, so PLEASE make sure to enter this information correctly prior to checking out or we will not be able to include one.
