The overlap at the back of the coat provides freedom of movement during play, does not restrict squatting, sitting down & other acrobatics. The "behind the bottom" length ensures warmth in any situation. Thanks to the use of leather pads for the fasteners, the coat can be fastened & unfastened without worrying about damage.
