Shipping Policy ➠ Our processing time is 2-4 business days, but it also depends on our stock. Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout. This will also bump your order to the top of our list to pack & ship. ➠ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe & deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen. ➠ If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line & visiting your local office to seek further assistance there.
