This is a print of the original Watercolor Painting featuring the Blue Tile street marker designating Montrose Blvd in Houston, Texas. These tiles were used on some of Houston early neighborhood intersections - dating to the 1920's. Print image measures approx. 8" x 10" - on 110 lb. card stock paper with white border - & printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Hand titled & signed in pencil. Fits nicely in to an 8" x 10" mat for framing in 11" x 14" frame - or directly in to an 8 1/2" x 11" frame.
