Handcrafted from retired Napa valley wine barrel staves in the heart of California wine country, our exquisite lighting collection will showcase your home or business with a rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. The CRAFTSMAN "Kosara" is a chandelier that transforms its raw materials into a soft, romantic light fixture. Crafted from retired Napa wine barrel rings & staves, you can see the beautiful patina after many years of happy winemaking. We took one of our Napa wine barrels & carefully cut it into strips, then attached them to a wine barrel ring shaped in a circle. Then adding more & more ring to make a basket like ring. It projects the light sideways & downwards & puts out fantastic shadows. The wine soaked oak faces outward to enhance its warm glow for a truly delightful effect. Very visually balanced. The deep red of the staves, earned during years of wine production, really stands out & the wine barrel rings lend a wonderful design element. Reminiscent of the Craftsman design period at the end of the 19th century, The "Kosara" produces wonderful light, delightful shadows & fabulous texture. I have a smaller version (The Kupe) as well! INCLUDES: 1 x Kosara Light Fixture, 36" chain/cord, ceiling canopy, all mounting hardware plus extra goodies from the shop, my treat!
