After ordering, please send me 1 or more digital photographs of your pet. They must be as high res. & as clear as possible, so that I can capture the detail. An artwork proof will be sent to you upon completion, to make sure you're happy with everything before sending out. Leadtime is 2 weeks from receipt of order. Artwork is sent out tracked via courier & will arrive within 2-3 working days for UK orders & 7-12 working days for international orders.
