The hat is securely hand sewn & not be removed. It is very soft & cuddly doll. Also I am glad to offering a several options for brown skin tone. If you would like a Doll with a brown skin you have a choice between the brown skin tones - light brown (or dark beige, lightest between this three brown tone), cinnamon (brown with red tone) & black chocolate (dark brown).
