Christian Dior for House of Youth - Silk Cocktail Dress 1950's House of Youth were the licences of Christian Dior in Australia in the 1950's. Designs were reproduced exactly from Dior patterns, photographs, colour & fabric swatches', ready for showing in early January 1952, & available for sale at select stores in each city around the country. 100% silk cocktail dress Grey silk with dusty pink roses cocktail dress. Bodice features a peter pan collar neckline with short, set-in sleeves & a wide fitted sash around the midriff. Mid calf length skirt is pleated into the waist.
