This cactus makes a unique modern gift for green plant lovers! It is eco-friendly because it recycles old glass making it a unique holiday décor. One is not enough! - I'm always looking for old green glass to recycle but due to the many orders I sometimes run out of it. If there's no more old glass available at the moment you order it will be made out of new glass - o The hand-painted stained glass plant, stones & a piece of oasis & are included, the pot is not o I have been collecting glass from old doors, windows, cabinets etc. for years & now I found it time to re-use this old glass in some new decorative pieces. The first of my up-cycled collection is a series of cacti & sempervivum inspired by my trip to the US & Mexico with my family last summer. The shade of the glass might differ from the one in the picture. Since I only use recycled glass I can only make a limited number of plants using the same glass . So when I run out of one shade I pick another. The thorns & nerves are painted by hand on the glass & fired in a special glass kiln at 630oc/ 1166oF This specific one is +/- 18 cm / 7 inch - Packaging - Each item is placed between two pieces of carton/hardboard & is carefully wrapped in bubble plastic.
