There's nothing more personal & sweet than gifting a personalized custom home painting! Or your first childhood home, family store, restaurant, wedding venue, you name it! What you will receive: a custom, one of a kind watercolor painting of a photo from your choice on either a 5x7 or 8x10 pressed watercolor paper. This includes either "Established xx" or the family's last name below the portrait or the location of the home/building. How to start: Please send me a message once you've placed your order via Etsy under the Messages & specify what you are wanting as far as the portrait goes. You will be able to include photos on the message thread which will help me get an idea of what you want replicated! If you are having trouble sending pictures, you can email me at kenandco15@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Please note: If you are wanting a background/wreath/additional flourishes in your portrait besides the home/building, please select that option under the drop down bar when selecting your size. These additions have a small fee added to the original price. Due to our handmade process, your painting may have some imperfections!
