Essence of the Victorian Rose Snuggle up on those chilly winter evenings with this gorgeous quilt. Reminiscent of an aged English Garden, quilts make the perfect addition to compliment your bedroom decor. This quilt measures 92" wide x 115" length. I used a simple block pattern, framed it in a deep ivy green cotton stripping, framed again in a sandy beige cotton fabric with machine embroidered flowers echoing the pattern in the flowers, then by more triangles, & edged that by a black small floral print & 4 patches. The back of the quilt that is reversible as well & is a cream muslin. The quilt has been hand quilted & the border was machine quilted with cream cotton thread, & the border of the quilt has a scalloped quilt pattern. I used a 100 percent cotton batting.
