Signed print taken from my original mixed-media painting This print is a reproduction taken from my original artwork. I created this piece by firstly painting a flat base using acrylic paint. Then I sketched the bustling NYC street scene using sepia acrylic ink with a dip pen...the ink splatters adding to the spontaneous feel of the drawing! Signed & titled "One Way New York Taxi Cabs" in pencil on the front of the print just underneath the image. Printed on 190gsm Bockingford Watercolour Inkjet matt white paper using Canon inks. This paper is a warm white shade with a subtle texture. Image dimensions 17.5 x 27 cm (6.8" x 10.6") Paper size is A4 & measures 29.7 x 21 cm (11.7" x 8.3") Open edition print signed & titled by the artist Includes small white border around image ready for framing Colours may vary from screen to screen My work is inspired by my travels to some of the world's most beautiful cities including Paris, Venice & New York. Working in a lively drawing style I aim to capture the excitement, life & vibrancy of each location I visit, documenting my travels through the use of sketchbooks & photographs. On returning to my studio I then produce my mixed-media paintings, prints & art cards.
