It was also thought that since the Unicorn was a symbol of purity, & only a virgin could touch him, that the horn would prove the virginity of a noble bride. It is made from 100% sheep wool. The shape was made by wet felting layers of wool & yarn together. Toy is stuffed with pure wool. It is stitched & embroidered by hand. Measures approx 8,5 X 4 inches, 21 x 10 cm. Items come from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
