Description
This is an original, layered papercut piece, handmade in Minnesota, in your choice of colors (this one shown in both a rich set of Royal blues for the lake, with the grass green set for the land layers, as well as crisp Aqua blue for the lake & snowy white layers for the land), & featuring the bathymetric & topographic details of the Lake Baikal area in Russia. This unique piece is intricately cut from seven layers of high quality, acid-free cardstock. The top layers are in your choice of a color set, while the layers underneath are in ever-darker shades of a different color set. Because this piece is handmade, it will differ very slightly from piece pictured here. The back is titled, signed & dated as an original piece. The work measures 8 x 10 inches (about 20 x 25 cm), & is just over 1/8" thick at it's thickest points. It will be sent to you carefully wrapped & supported to ensure it arrives safely. These pieces frame beautifully, & I recommend using a mat to give the piece a little breathing room from the glass & further enhance the sense of depth in the piece.
