Ceramic apples are hand-thrown & glazed by our expert potter, Isaac. The stems are painted with 22k gold luster. Apples measure approximately 6" (with stem) x 3.5" diameter x 3.25" base diameter. As with anything handmade, size & color may vary. They are handmade, not factory replicated. This listing is for one single apple; not sold as a set. Please message us to see our current inventory. Shipping Policy ➠ Our processing time is 2-4 business days, but it also depends on our stock. Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout. This will also bump your order to the top of our list to pack & ship. ➠ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe & deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen. ➠ If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line & visiting your local office to seek further assistance there. We will do our best to assess the damage & either refund or replace the item. ➠ If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. in this case, cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement. If any damage is caused to the product in return shipment due to failure of packing, partial or no refund will be given. ➠ Because handmade pottery is more fragile & prone to breaking in return shipping, we cannot accept returns for any pottery.
