Handcarved Irish whiskey barrel cufflinks beautifully presented in a natural box with our logo stamped on top. Included is a small card with a brief story of the history of the barrel. These cufflinks have been carved from a recycled Irish whiskey barrel stave. Cut to shape with beautifully rounded edges, sanded to a silky smooth finish & polished with my own handmade wood polish. The metal component is countersunk into the wood giving it the strongest join possible. I've created my own wood polish that is a blend of local beeswax (from a mates beehive) & Irish organic linseed oil. My wood polish intensifies the wood grain unlocking its warm, rich colour & giving the wood back its wonderful depth. It also creates a protective moisture barrier which will keep your cufflinks looking like new.
