These snuggling love birds are handmade with stoneware clay & fired twice in the kiln to a very high temperature. The wings are textured with a favorite stamp from my collection & the pair are glazed in a lovely shiny denim blue glaze. The nest, the symbol of support & nurturing, is finished in a natural matte brown. Your wedding cake will be stunning when topped with these love birds & surrounded with pink & white flowers. After the celebration this sculpture can become a part of your home decor & will be a daily reminder of your special day. Engraving of your names & wedding date on the underside of the nest is included in the price. Just leave your information when you order & I'll have your customized handmade topper in the mail in three weeks. This sculpture measures 5 inches in width x 3.25 inches in height. The attached nest is 3.50 inches in diameter. These birds are hollow so this topper is very light in weight. The larger cake top used in the photos measure 6 inches & the smaller, 4.50 inches.
