This one-of-a-kind handmade light green mixed-media sculptural vase was sustainably created using paper & plastic waste & is an artful way to display your favorite dried or artificial flowers. This unique work of art merges sculpture & function, so when not being used, it displays beautifully as an art object. Please note that since this vase is made from paper pulp, it can't hold water!! This vessel should be used to display ONLY dried or artificial flowers! See video for scale. Signed on the bottom. Also please note that things always look a little different in photos & on screens. I use photos that are as accurate as possible, but there might be a very slight difference in color when you see the piece in person. My Process: I create paper pulp from paper waste such as egg cartons, newspapers, & junk mail. The paper waste is blended with water, drained, & then mixed with glue. I use this paper pulp concoction along with plastic bottles to hand-build vessels & sculptural objects. Finally, I paint the sculptural vessels with paint & a matte varnish.
