On offer is a very rare set of rabbit figurines by DISSING ceramic of Denmark. This high quality stoneware set is handmade most likely around the 1960s, judging from style & quality. Stunning expression - very lifelike in their appearance. Marked: Dissing & Hedensted (Danish city). DISSING ceramic is a very old family studio started in 1880. The founder had 6 sons who all followed in their fathers footsteps & settled down in the same area of Denmark (Horsens) as ceramists. Most items from the DISSING line found today is from around the 70-80s, but these stoneware rabbits are most likely from the 1960s. Maximum height: 10cm // 3.93" Maximum length: 10,6cm // 4.17" Condition: Great condition. One rabbit has 2 tiny chips on one ear, please see close up photo. No other damages.
