Each birth flower plaque measures 7 inches tall x 5 inches wide & is 1/8 inch thick. ORDERING NOTES "Grandma's" can be substituted for any other name or person (such as nana, mom, aunty, or whoever the plaque is for) Please enter each name & birth month in the text box. We recommend at least two names/months for the best result. Greenery will be added to make the bouquet full.
