This painting of a child with sea turtle flipper wings is part of my series "All Have Wings" - a series of uniquely winged children portraits in oils. My intent in creating these pieces was to portray the emotional stance of each child, while exploring the added dimension of wings. The characters may appear to exude a vulnerability or perhaps outright defiance, but in each is a resilience born from the magic of childhood honesty & curiosity for lifting them above the trappings of adulthood. This is a Giclee fine art print - printed with archival, non-fading inks on archival paper. Please specify your preference of image size (other sizes available on request).
