My super creative friend Robin Carlisle opened a hair salon in a trailer a few years back in Portland, Oregon (now it is in a brick & mortar shop, visit www.holidayhairstudio.com). She so inspired me with her idea & its coming into being magically, that I wanted to paint this piece of art she produced. I did a series of small oil paintings, & this is one based on a photo of hers. Open edition, 8.25 x10 inches with a white border The image is reproduced using archival-quality pigment ink & is printed on Epson Radiant White Watercolor paper, coated with a protective spray that increases resistance to water, scratches & ultra-violet light.
