Depicting an autumnal unexpected encounter, in Victoria Park, Hackney London this artwork follows on from my ''Fertile Void'' series of paintings & prints begun in 2019. in the foreground, two figures at a bench, their forms infused with a sense of stillness & liveliness. The park itself is depicted with a playful distortion of perspective. This artwork encapsulates the essence of Victoria Park as a place of connection, & natural beauty exploring our simultaneous isolation & interconnectedness & the fleeting nature of time. A fine art Giclee print made after my Victoria Park (2023) painting. This contemporary artwork is an homage to Hackney's Victoria Park.
