Please choose from the 3 options in the drop down menu: NO TRACKING - shipped as USPS First Class Mail Flats (similar to how a letter is sent) & takes 2-5 business days. This option does not include tracking. ADD TRACKING - shipped as USPS First Class Mail Package & takes 2-5 business days. This includes tracking info & will be sent as soon as it ships. NEED ASAP - shipped as USPS Priority Mail & takes 1-3 business days. This includes tracking info & will be sent as soon as it ships. For orders not received within 10 days: Firstly, I am so sorry if you have not received your order! I will do everything I can to resolve this. I want my products in your hands! Since 2020 I have noticed a large increase in delayed & lost packages through USPS. It's beyond my control if a package is lost, but that doesn't mean I can't or won't help you out.
