The size can be adjusted with slight pressure & will fit most wrists comfortably. My collection of international maps is limited. If you would like to see a bracelet with a city that's outside of the U.S., please ask. If I'm able to find a suitable map, I will be happy to make it into a bracelet. Aluminum is hypoallergenic, lead & nickel free, won't tarnish or oxidize, & extremely lightweight.
