Vintage 90's sweet floral cotton dress! Sleeveless fitted bodice with an elastic waist, pleated full skirt & cute peek a boo tie back. Pretty blue + pink colorway. Label: Carol Anderson petites, 100% cotton, made in USA. Condition: in great vintage condition. No issues to note. Measurements: Marked a size 2 Seems to best fit a size small Please note - there are no zippers or openings - dress will need to slip over the hips or shoulders. Bust: 31" Waist: 24" - 29" Hip: free" Overall Length: 45" For reference, model is 5'9" 34/30/41 (dress was just barely able to slip over shoulder to get on - dress fit too small) All measurements are taken flat & then doubled when appropriate.
