A statement piece from CRAFT ( Gem-Craft). Very rare & collectible brooch. Gem Craft has been in business since 1945. Size 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". Very good condition. Gene Verrecchia founded his jewelry company Gem - Craft in Providence, RI in 1945, after WWII. By that time he had worked as Coro's lead designer for more than 30 years. His hands created real masterpieces for Coro, that's why even having his company, he continued working with Coro. Originally called Craftsman, then Sample Art, he produced his lines of jewelry as well as designed jewelry for famous jewelry companies & designers of the time. in particular, Oscar de la Renta, Kenneth Jay Lane, & Kramer. Condition of the items Since I sell vintage jewelry & therefore it is usually pre-owned & in 90% might show signs of age & wear. I try to point out any defects & comment on my interpretation of the quality & condition. My idea of quality may not be the same as a buyer's. Please read the description carefully & inspect the photos, so it will help you to avoid making disappointing or unnecessary purchases. When will my order ship? All orders ship out between 3-5 business days ( every Monday & Thursday, non-holidays). Status "Delivered" but the package is missing I am not responsible for the missing packages with the status "Delivered" according to the postal carrier but I'll do my best to help you to file the claim with the postal carrier if you'll contact me ASAP after you discover that the package is missing. Please report the theft to your local police department & provide a copy of the completed "Mail Theft-Mail Not Received" form, the receipt showing submission to the USPS, & the police report, to me, so we will be able to file a claim with USPS for non-delivery. International tracking When ordering/shipping internationally, I assume the buyer is aware of the possible risks. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves the US borders, I can no longer be held responsible for its destination/tracking. If the receiving country does not enter the customs tracking number into their delivery system, there is no way to make a case for a lost item.
