I wander the hills of the Oak Ridges Moraine, a unique, ancient landform located just north of Lake Ontario & am continually inspired by what I see every day. This acrylic painting was completed on thin paper laid onto gessoed Masonite panel 8 x 10 inches. The piece has been lightly varnished for protection & finished in cold wax medium for a warm luster. Signed & dated lightly in pencil bottom center, H. Stooshinoff, 2023, & on reverse. Sold framed as shown in a wood floater frame, lightly whitewashed & finished in satin water-based non-yellowing varathane, external dimensions 9 x 11 x 1.5 inches. The piece is ready to hang right out of the package. I have been painting & exhibiting my artwork for over 40 years; I paint every day.
