Only once you give your approval can we produce your items. We need up to 10-15 working days for the production from the approval date of final digital proof. All orders ship via a courier service, & can take up to 5 working days to deliver. PRINTING in OTHER LANGUAGE We can print in any language you would like. We simply ask you to send us the full wording you wish to have printed. That is not an issue for us. QUALITY We are very proud to be known for an outstanding quality & we would like to offer you the best service we can. As all of our stationery is handmade there will be slight variations in each order and, whilst we will make every effort to supply your order exactly as sampled, we may have to substitute materials (colours of ribbons or insert paper) from time to time. If such circumstance shall occur you will be contacted immediately & advised about alternations & available options. REPEATS & REPRINTS We always recommend ordering a slightly larger amount of invitations than needed to allow for mistakes when printing invitations, or for guests you may have overlooked. Cartalia will be happy to print extra invitations for you if you run short, however, with a minimum order of 30 units it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset.
