Hand-knotted with attention & care on a strong lilac silk cord, this 18.5 inches candy necklace is made with blue opals, & finished with a 14k gold-filled lobster clasp & findings. Each opal is 7.5-8mm, & looks fantastic when worn alone or layered. There is a knot in between each stone. This prevent the stones from constantly rubbing against each other, & potential chips & damage. & should the silk thread breaks (very unlikely), the knots would prevent all the stones from sliding out all at once. The necklace is also back-knotted, increasing its security & reducing the chances of the necklace coming undone. All pictures are untouched & taken in natural sunlight. CARE: As the necklace is threaded with silk, it is essential to avoid excessive moisture from activities such as swimming, shower, & exercising. This will cause the silk to stretch.
