Frequently overlooked, Josefa's designs are so effervescent, creative, & fun & I believe they capture the soul of the wonderful nation of Mexico. More credit should be given to mexican fashion for their influence!! I've seen many Josefa's in my day, but never with this striped textile. The tassel & embroidered details are classically what Josefa is known for, but the bright blue hues in stripes make this an extra special kaftan. The structured cotton canvas gives the dress a great drape & shape, very impactful & easy to wear.
