Description
Small vintage circa 1960's landscape painting attributed to Northwest / Oregon artist Andrew Mcduffie Vincent. I have not removed this piece from the frame so I don't know if it's signed, but as you can see, it's marked on the back, presumably by the original owner. This little gem features Vincent's characteristic bold color & gestural brush strokes. I believe this is a watercolor or gouache. The frame is a combination of gilt / gold with what looks like maple or some other hardwood. Painting is protected by glass. Back side paper is torn, & there is some wear to the frame, otherwise in great vintage condition.
