HOW IT WORKS 1. Place your order, then send several photos of each person and/or pet to "lilidiprima@gmail.com" . Photos with people or pets facing straight toward the camera are the best to work with, so I can get a good idea of what everyone looks like. After purchase, I will reply with a confirmation e-mail & check if your photos work for creating the portrait. 2. Let me know if you have any special requests. Feel free to send along any other requests, such as outfits, dog collars, hairstyles, jewelry, etc. 3. You will receive a draft with 3 different background colors via Etsy conversations, & you can request any changes. 4. Once you have approved your proof I will send the file or the print immediately. Cancellations & returns: Once the proof is made & has been sent to you for revision, cancellation is no longer possible, but I will make any modifications you desire until you are completely satisfied with the result. I respect your privacy, & obviously, I use your photos only to create your portraits. The final design may be published in my shop update section or my Instagram feed.
