Wooden wallflower handcrafted from upcycled rough sawn plaster wall slats from an abandoned dairy farm The wood for this flower was salvaged from an abandoned Northern Wisconsin Dairy farm. The slats are distressed & rough sawn with slight variations in color & milling marks that make all of these slat flowers very unique. Flower consists of two rows of 8 petals for a total of 16, each individually cut & sanded & oil based polyurethaned before being strategically placed to make this & each flower I create truly one of a kind. Center is reclaimed rough sawn ship lap from the same abandoned farmstead. Thickness with fronts & backs is 2.25 inches & diameter is approximately 13 inches. Each flower I sell has a picture hanger installed on the back for easy hanging. The back of this flower is also reclaimed wood. Flower is sturdy & could easily be displayed by being placed on a mantle or shelf. I pride myself on using reclaimed materials & reuse boxes & shipping materials as well. I am a teacher & have asked my students to save shipping materials from the trash at their homes & have been reusing them to ship these flowers hoping that the spirit of reducing our waste is passed on to the next generation. SHIPPING NOTE each order will come with a tracking number & whenever possible I will do my best to upgrade to two day shipping at no additional cost to you. . Product will ship via the US Post office. I have calculated fixed shipping costs for these flowers based off of shipping to a destination as far away from my location in the US as I could think of. I did this to keep shipping costs as low as possible without losing money for my time & materials to ship. IF I can ship an order for a total of more than $5 of what you get charged I will refund the difference. If you see my reviews you will note that whenever I can I refund shipping overages.
