We cut the wood manually on a scroll saw & do everything else by hand so slight variations on every newly made product can occur. We use genuine wood, mostly cut offs from other carpenters projects which would normally land in the "trash bin". We also use quality stainless steel findings which are hypoallergenic & safe for your skin. We promisse you every product is made with lots of love, care & attention to detail, so that you can get a high qualiti product you can wear & cherish for a long time. CARE INSTRUCTION - Store your wooden jewelry in the box it came in or on a display, in a non humid space - Do not pile the pieces on one another - Keep it away from water or any other liquids as it may damage it - take it off before going to shower, bath, pool, sea ... - Clean your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth. - Try not to drop it as it can scratch the surface or make a dent Wood changes color after some time which is a natural occurrence. SHIPPING All packages will be shipped with Slovenian post with a tracking number & a signature request at delivery, to make sure the package really comes to your hands. Shipping to Europe will take from 4 to 10 days, to United States & Canada will take from 10 -25 days, Everywhere else from 10 - 25 days. The processing time (from geting the order to shipping it out) is from 1 to 7 days for ready-to-ship items & 3 to 10 days for made-to-order items.
