Fresh maple syrup from our 2023 season. Small batch, wood fired, & absolutely amazing flavor. We are a small family operation with just over 20 tapped sugar maples here in Northern Michigan. Our syrup is wood fired using an evaporator that we designed & fabricated ourselves. Absolutely nothing is added - just pure, simple maple syrup.
