CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Due to regulations out of my control I am not able to ship live plants to California. Excoecaria cochinchinensis is an evergreen tropical shrub with thin glossy leaves that have a red or maroon underside. The 'Firestorm' cultivar features showy white patches of variegation. Flowers are unremarkable, small & green. Works well in a hanging planter. USDA Hardiness Zone: 10a to 11 Native: SE Asia, China You will receive a plant similar to the ones pictured currently growing in 4" pot. Planter not included. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1) Plants will be shipped bare root unless otherwise specified in the listing. 2) in order to help ensure your plant arrives in optimal condition despite the temperature, I sell two packaging upgrades under the "Live Plants - UPGRADES" tab in my shop. If your local temperatures will rise above 80oF or fall below 60oF, I recommend purchasing the Insulated Packing Material to insulate your plants during shipping. If your local temperatures will fall below 40oF, I recommend purchasing a Heat Pack instead to keep your plants warm during shipping. I will not replace or refund plants that have been damaged due to hot or cold temperatures if you choose not to purchase the appropriate packaging upgrade, so please check your local 10-day forecast when ordering. 3) My yard is full of pine trees, & these aren't the nice & pretty pines you see in paintings. Nope. These are the droopy branches dropping spear-like pine needles & dripping sap all over everything kind of pine trees. So, my plants may occasionally have a bit of a dried pine sap problem or a few small holes in the leaves even though I do my best to prevent it. 4) Plants are are not indestructible & are living, perishable items. I choose only the healthiest plants for shipping & I pack them well, but sometimes things happen during shipping that are beyond my control. The majority of the plants I sell arrive in good condition, but shipping live plants is always risky. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately via direct message.
