The Brockton Villa was drawn en plein air (on location) from Coast Boulevard in La Jolla, California. The composition includes the original La Jolla cottage, now home to the popular restaurant, tucked behind the tall palms that march down Coast Boulevard. Plein air prints have been purchased as gifts for many occasions from wedding to anniversary to graduation as well as a meaningful way to commemorate a special vacation. The drawings work beautifully alone or paired with other California plein air prints as a gallery wall. All drawings are scanned at high resolution & printed to order on beautiful, natural white tone, semi smooth, acid free paper. All print size options can be placed in standard size mats & frames. Prints are initialed in pencil on the front in the lower right of the image & signed, titled & dated on the back.
