I use the U.S. Post Office for most of my shipping, & once in awhile the delivery of your item may be delayed BY THEM. I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day & changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy & so would I if it didn't go the the right place. If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, & your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you. Once your order is at the Post Office, it's delivery is controlled by them, I no longer can do anything about the time it takes for delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number provided (you should get a shipping notification with the number or you can find it on your transaction information). The information provided there is all the information available. If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered.
